Are the electric fireplaces made of genuine marble and real wood?
The marble used in all our fireplaces is genuine cast marble. When we manufactured the fireplaces using solid wood, the units often cracked. We now use a high quality wood veneer in our fireplaces. We offer both wood mantel electric fireplaces and cast marble electric fireplaces.
How long is the warranty?
1 year from date of sale for most parts and components.
How much heat do the heaters or log sets with heater put out?

Can I operate the logs without heat?
Yes, the heater/fan is on a separate control.

Can I change the bulbs myself?
Yes, you or someone who is handy. We offer replacement bulbs for the EP-SEL electric log units on our web site.
Can I operate the logs with a remote?
Yes, our EP-SEL electric logs may be operated with an ON/OFF remote. Please click here to order an ON/OFF remote. This ON/OFF remote operates the EP-SEL logs only. It does not operate the other log sets or the heaters.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes we do. Some of the replacement parts available for the EP-SEL logs are offered on this page. For all other parts, just email or call us with which part you need and we will ship it to you.
Do you have a catalog?

How much is shipping for the logs and how do they ship?
That will depend on where the logs are shipping to. To find out, simply add the logs to your shopping cart and follow the prompts until you reach the cart page which displays applicable tax and shipping costs. We ship via FedEX or UPS.
How do I pay for the order?
Our online shopping cart accepts Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover cards. Your credit card must be issued by a US bank.
What if I change my mind and want to return the logs or fireplace?
No problem. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return your order. You must return products in original packaging with all product information and instructions. If product could not be re-packaged and re-sold, it will not be accepted. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions, less the 20% restocking fee and any shipping. Returned goods should be shipped prepaid to the shipping address we specify to you at the time of return. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will also need the reason for return. ANY orders cancelled prior to them being shipped out by us will be subject to a 3% refund fee.
Return Procedure:
Contact our Consumer Care department at (909) 338-2904 or e-mail us prior to return. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany the item(s) being returned. All products being returned to our warehouse must be authorized and reference an RMA# on the return packing list. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized. The customer is responsible for return shipping. UPS or U.S. Post Office Insured Mail is advised. Please allow 2 weeks after delivery of your return for refunds or exchanges to be processed.
